Fairweather Professional Services (FPS) trains, supports, and employs individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. FPS provides packaging/fulfillment, electronic recycling, custodial and landscaping services for a variety of customers; including private individuals, non-profit companies, government agencies, and commercial enterprises. The mission of FPS is to support recovery and stability of adults with chronic mental illness through; job training, symptom management, workplace communication, building work history, and vocational development. FPS is a company that regularly competes with for profit companies for new contracts thus customer satisfaction and communication is paramount to our business model.
Fairweather Professional Services is a division of San Antonio Family Endeavors and an integral part of our continuum of care for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. In addition to FPS, San Antonio Family Endeavors has the Fairweather Programs which includes; housing, life skills training, medication management, case management, counseling, and supportive services for adults with chronic mental illness and their children. Fairweather Professional Services and the Fairweather Lodge Programs are all part of a continuum of care designed to provide recovery and stability to adults with serious mental illness.
